To create our personalised uniform and clothing, we use state of the art Barudan embroidery machines (the Rolls Royce of embroidery machines). Made in Japan, they’re known for their exceptional speed and precision - critical factors in producing high-quality garments every single time. We also use Maderia embroidery thread which produces vibrant colours and is strong enough to hold up to any Scouting adventure.
Every item goes through a hands-on quality check at each stage of production, with our team inspecting for loose threads, marks or imperfections. We also invest in weekly machine maintenance, including regular needle changes to ensure sharp consistent stitching. Our production facility is also overseen by our experienced technical staff including our Production Manager who brings over 30 years of machine embroidery experience to every garment we produce.
