Can I see a proof of my design before purchasing?

Yes, once you have provided your artwork, we will email you a digital proof of your garment for your approval before production begins.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes or ordering for a group, sizing up is often a safe option. If you have questions, our Customer Service Team is happy to help.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We don’t have a minimum order quantity — every one of our personalised products can be ordered as a single item.

What printing methods do you use?

We use a range of professional printing and embroidery techniques. These include direct-to-film printing for clothing, UV direct-to-film printing for mugs, bottles and accessories, and embroidery using our Japanese-engineered embroidery machines. We use the best technology on the market to ensure every customer gets a product built to last.

How much does delivery cost?

Do you offer bulk discounts?

How long will my personalised order take?

Personalised items take a little longer to get to you than standard products. We aim to deliver personalised items within 7 working days of artwork approval. Production and delivery times will be confirmed at checkout, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process via email.
