Volunteer Discount Code
To qualify for 20% discount you must be logged in and have your Scout ID registered in your account. Apply code VOLUNTEER26 at checkout.
Discount applies to:
Programme badges, kids uniform and core Scouting items are not included.
The discount code is strictly non‑transferable. Volunteers must not share the code with anyone else. Available exclusively to registered adult Scouts volunteers.
Scout Store reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the code at any time.
Like-for-Like Price Match Terms & Conditions
The Like‑for‑Like Price Match service applies only where the product being compared is identical in all material aspects to the item offered by Scout Store. To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

Giveaway voucher codes
Any voucher code given as a giveaway prize is valid one year from the day it was activated and sent to the winner. This type of voucher code has no restrictions as the value of the prize will be subtracted from the value of the whole cart. It does not include shipping costs. Please note that discount codes only apply for residents of the United Kingdom.

17.1 When applying a valid discount code at checkout, please note only one voucher can be applied at one time. In addition, please ensure the code is used before completing your payment as refunds won’t be given if discount is missed off.
17.2 Exclusions to discount codes
All discount codes exclude Programme/Award badges, bespoke items (such as group clothing, personalised flags and scarves) plus items that are strictly for fundraising purposes (such as the Fleur de Lis Biscuit Cutters). Most codes will also be subject to a use-by date. If you are unsure about any of these terms, please don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can answer your questions.
