At Scout Store, Pride is more than a collection - it’s a celebration of belonging.
This year, for the first time, our volunteers stepped in front of the camera as the faces of the collection. Because who better to represent Scout Pride than the people who wear it, live it, and lead with it every day?
The collection is designed for volunteers, and shaped by them, too. From feedback on what they want to see, to how pieces are styled and worn in real life, our volunteers play a vital role in making Scout Pride so special.
A place where everyone belongs
Scouts is, and always will be, a place to belong - where everyone is included.
We stand for unity and togetherness, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Our volunteers are at the centre of that belief, helping deliver an inclusive programme that gives young people the skills to thrive and the confidence to be themselves.
As Fraser puts it:
“Pride is an opportunity for everyone to come together in a supportive environment where everyone recognises how differences… help make the community as a whole stronger.”
Co-created with our community
The Scout Pride collection isn’t designed in isolation. We ask our volunteers what they want to see, wear, and represent. That’s why this year’s range feels so personal.
Neil shares his favourite item:
“I love the sparkly badge with the rainbow fleur on and glitter behind it – I think that’s going to look amazing on my campfire blanket.”
And Phoenix highlights how the small details bring the collection to life:
“The flag is very important as it’s a huge part of the Pride movement, but to have that Fleur De Lis on it, just wraps it all up beautifully.”

Pride means being yourself
For many of our volunteers, Pride is deeply personal. Our adult volunteers reflect on what it means to them:
“Pride is to be being inclusive of everyone, being my natural self and not hiding away who I am.” - Neil
“Pride is an opportunity for everyone to come together in a supportive environment.” – Fraser
“Pride is an amazing way for anyone who falls under the big umbrella to come out and celebrate being themselves.” - Maddie
“Pride gives us a chance for everybody to be themselves… Dress as you want… it’s good to be you. And you’ve got to be you.” - Phoenix
How you can support the LGBT+ community
Creating an inclusive world doesn’t always require big gestures -sometimes, it starts small. Our volunteers shared simple but powerful ways to support the LGBTQ+ community:
  • Being polite and kind
  • Turning up and being there
  • Listening and being open to differences
These everyday actions help make Scouting a safe, inclusive and welcoming movement for everyone, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation.

A movement built on inclusion
Scout Pride is more than a campaign or a collection - it’s a reflection of who we are. A movement built on unity and togetherness, where everyone is welcome and where differences are celebrated.
Most importantly, Scouts is about people - our volunteers, our young people, and everyone who makes it what it is. Because together, Scouts is a place to belong.
A big thank you to our volunteer models: Neil, Fraser, Phoenix, and Maddie, for helping bring this year’s collection to life.
