How to Order Personalised Scouting Clothing and Accessories

A step-by-step guide to ordering personalised clothing and accessories from Scout Store

At Scout Store, you’ll find a huge range of clothing and accessories ready to personalise. From hoodies, t-shirts, and neckers, to hats, blankets, ponchos, flags, backpacks, and more, there’s something for everyone. You have the option to add names, section logos or both to create one-of-a-kind items that truly stand out. They’re the perfect way to keep track of your gear while showing off your Scouting pride!

How to order personalised clothing

It’s super simple. Browse our range of personalised clothing and accessories, head to the product page of the item you would like to purchase, and follow the steps below:

Step 1

Choose your logo

Start your order by choosing your section logo from the logo selection tab. You can choose from Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Network or Fleur de Lis logos, If you would prefer not to have a logo, choose the ‘None’ option.

Step 2

Choose your design

Select where you would like your personalised text to go - on the front, back or both. Then click the ‘Add custom text’ button. You can pick the colour you want after completing this step.

Step 3

Add personalised text

Add your text, keeping each line within 18 characters. Then click the ‘Select colour and size’ button. The font is Nunito Sans and will be positioned under the logo, if one is chosen. The text will be white unless you have chosen a pink or yellow garment, in which case it will be navy. When adding children's names, please ensure a parent/caregiver has given permission to do so.

Step 4

Choose colour and size

You can now select the colour of your product and add the quantity you would like for each size. We offer discounted prices when you order in larger quantities – please see the product page of your chosen item for more details. Remember to click the ‘Add items and continue’ button to save your selections.

Step 5

Add to bag

If you have chosen your colour, size and added text, click ‘Add to bag’. If you would like to order more of the same product in a different colour, select ‘Create a new design’ and repeat step 4.

Step 6

Review basket and check out

Your selection has now been added to your basket. Please double-check your colour, size, logo and text options before placing your order. All items are made to order and cannot be changed or returned once placed. Once you have made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation and an estimated delivery date.
