What can personalised badges be used for?

Our personalised badges (or patches) are custom-made to your design and are perfect for professional and business use as well as personal and social use. Create unique badges for identification, branding, awards, events, Scout events, celebrations, souvenirs, Scout groups, schools, and more.

The design can include up to 10 colours, including the border colour, and very complex designs may need to be simplified to guarantee high-quality results. The artwork must be a print‑ready vector file (PDF, AI or EPS), as we won't be able to accept hand‑drawn images, photos, scans, etc.

What is a personalised custom woven badge?

It's a fully customisable textured badge (also known as a patch) that you can personalise with your own design, logo or brand. A merrow border (overlock stitch) provides a raised traditional edge to the badge.

Woven badges, compared to printed badges, are premium traditional patches with larger design elements and are more expensive than non-embroidered options.

They are paper-backed for sew-on application and offer long-lasting durability.
