At Scout Store, we are delighted to offer our customers a new personalised service creating custom printed flags, badges, clothing, neckers and accessories for everyone - not just for Scouts! As a trusted, well-established retailer who knows a lot about flags (ask our Scouts!), you can be reassured that quality, and care is guaranteed on every order you place with us. 

The flags are made from a durable MOD grade heavy woven polyester,which has a traditional flag feel to it.

Our personalised flags are made to order and are perfect for non-Scouts, Scouts, Scout groups, events, camps, special occasions, sports events, business events, exhibitions, promotional events and much more.

There are no limitations when choosing colours for your design and you can add any text and/or approved/owned logos and emblems.

Here's a step-by-step guide to ordering your personalised Flags.

• Design your flag.
• Place your order for your flag(s) through our website
• Payment will need to be made at the time of ordering. 
• Our Customer Services team will contact you for the artwork file. 
• Production of your flag (s)
• Despatch and delivery. 

Important Information: 

• Please check your designs thoroughly for errors and any spelling mistakes before submitting. You are responsible for your artwork and its accuracy. Scout Store cannot be held responsible for design errors on your artwork after they have gone to production. 
• Licensed Images: Please do not use imagery that does not belong to you. Eg. Disney, Hello Kitty or imagery taken from search engines without permission from the owner. 
• Colours: Colours may vary slightly from what you may have on your design.  
• Delivery: Expect your order to be delivered within 6-8 weeks from agreed artwork date.  
• Non personalised items will be dispatched separately; the custom flags will not appear on the delivery note. 
• Returns: Please note that bespoke items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. 
• Inappropriate designs will not be accepted. This includes bad language, racism, nudity, sexism, political views or prejudices of any kind, including those aimed at the LGBTQIA+ community.

Customisation Conditions

Please ensure you check your order before submission. Changes to designs, after submission, cannot be accepted.

Every effort will be made to reproduce the design submitted as long as it does not breach the customisation conditions.

You may only submit designs or materials to which you own all rights; or for which you hold the authorisation from the person who does fully own those rights, for the reproduction, distribution and use of materials; Including but not limited to intellectual property, sublicense, trademarks, copyright, moral rights or publicity or personality rights.

You shall agree not to submit designs that are unlawful, libellous, obscene, defamatory, racially or ethnically objectionable.

By submitting the designs you grant licence to SSL and its third parties, (Vendors) all licences permitted to reproduce the design. You also agree to indemnify defend and hold SSL and its third parties, harmless from any claims, damages or expenses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of customisation conditions.

Due to products being customised we are unable to accept returns or refunds unless the product is faulty.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
