How to earn the badge:
- Have a go at being a Lodge Leader/ Junior Leader in Beaver Scouts for a set amount of time as agreed with your leader (usually a term of half a term)
- After you have completed your time as a leader, you can wear the Beaver leadership stripes on your uniform until you move onto Cub Scouts.
