Martial arts is a pretty cool hobby. But not only that, it teaches you to be confident, self-disciplined and healthy.
How to earn the badge:
- Regularly take part in a martial arts activity for at least three months. Show how you’ve improved over that time. Your martial arts activity should be recognised by your nation’s sports council.
- Discuss with a leader the skills needed and the rules to be observed.
- Take part in one exhibition or competition.
Top tips:
Martial Arts activities include aikido, judo ju jitsu, karate, kendo, sombo, taewondo, tang soo do and wrestling.
