Like-for-Like Price Match Terms & Conditions

The Like‑for‑Like Price Match service applies only where the product being compared is identical in all material aspects to the item offered by Scout Store. To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

Equivalent construction - The garment must be manufactured using the same or directly comparable construction methods, including stitching, weight, finishing processes, and overall build quality.
Matching fabric composition - The fabric must have the same fibre content and blend ratio (e.g., 100% cotton, 65/35 polycotton). Products made from different compositions or blends are not considered like‑for‑like.
Comparable specifications - Key specifications such as GSM, fabric type (e.g., ring‑spun, open‑end, brushed fleece), and performance features must match.
Identical product scope - The comparison must relate to the same product category, intended use, and quality tier.
Valid competitor quotation - A formal written quotation from the competitor must be provided and must be current at the time of review.

Scout Store reserves the right to decline a price match where the product differs in construction, fabric composition, or overall quality, or where insufficient evidence is provided to demonstrate equivalence.

Personalised Multibuy Orders - Buy 6 or more

The multi-buy discount for personalised products will only apply when a customer orders 6 or more of one individual item.
For example, 6x Beaver Scouts Personalised Kids T-Shirts, rather than 5x Beaver Scouts Personalised Kids T-Shirts and 1x Squirrel Scouts Personalised Kids Polo Shirt.

One-off voucher codes
Any ‘One-off’ voucher code is valid for one purchase per customer only. The voucher code will discount every product on our website excluding, but not limited to:
Programme, award, and fundraising badges
Certificates and award accessories
Core uniform products
Personalised products including clothing, scarves and flags
Black's of Greenock brand
Scout Store reserves the right to exclude Outlet and Sale products

Giveaway voucher codes
Any voucher code given as a giveaway prize is valid one year from the day it was activated and sent to the winner. This type of voucher code has no restrictions as the value of the prize will be subtracted from the value of the whole cart. It does not include shipping costs. Please note that discount codes only apply for residents of the United Kingdom.

17.1 When applying a valid discount code at checkout, please note only one voucher can be applied at one time. In addition, please ensure the code is used before completing your payment as refunds won’t be given if discount is missed off.
17.2 Exclusions to discount codes
All discount codes exclude Programme/Award badges, bespoke items (such as group clothing, personalised flags and scarves) plus items that are strictly for fundraising purposes (such as the Fleur de Lis Biscuit Cutters). Most codes will also be subject to a use-by date. If you are unsure about any of these terms, please don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can answer your questions.
