We’re pleased to announce that we’ve teamed up with Online Scout Manager (OSM) to make badge ordering and management simpler and faster for volunteers and leaders.
We know how much time leaders spend managing and ordering badges. That’s why you can now order badges directly from Scout Store through OSM in just a couple of clicks - saving time and reducing admin errors.
All you need to do it go to the Badge Stock page in your OSM account, then click on the blue 'Buy Badges' blue button in the top right corner, you’ll then be taken to the Scout Store basket where your badges will be automatically loaded.
This new integration means fewer steps, less admin, and more time for what really matters - supporting your Scouts.

Do I need a separate Scout Store account?
Yes, you will need to be logged in to your Scout Store account to order badges through OSM. You will also need to enter your membership Scout ID into your Scout Store account to be able to purchase restricted badges like programme badges.
Can I still order badges directly from the Scout Store website?
Yes, you can continue to order badges directly from Scout Store if you prefer. The new integration with OSM is an additional convenience and does not replace your ability to order directly through Scout Store.
Will prices be the same as on the Scout Store website?
You’ll enjoy the same great prices as on the Scout Store website - plus an exclusive 5% introductory discount when you order through OSM.
How will my badges be delivered?
