Product Information

A print of the original painting by Ernest Carlos, who also founded the 107th London Troop, which today is known as the 21st Camberwell (trinity) Scout Group. It was painted in 1913 and given to Lord Baden-Powell by the artist. The boy who posed for the painting was Percy Greaves, a local choir boy. The original copy hangs in the Baerlein Room in The White House at Gilwell Park. It has been reproduced as a stained glass window in several churches. A print has also appeared on the wall of Ken Barlow's living room in Coronation Street.
